If you have a car to get to the falls and don't arrive too late yes, we were there in April and everything shut down by 17.00 except the pizza place.

You can probably get there in a wheel chair two ways. On the south side of the river there is an elevator and ramps that take you directly to the falls. You will probably pay for this. On the north side there are parking areas that have paved walks to the river. They are wheel chair accessible but the grade of the path is steep.
