Diana Ross attended the 2025 Met Gala in honor of the "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style" theme alongside her son Evan Ross. The icon wore a train that required six people to carry it, and was embroidered with the names of all of her kids and grandkids.

"I love that she has her children’s names embroidered on her train, Diana Ross is the queen of main character energy," Kpoene Kofi-Bruce, a tailor and expert on dandyism and the historical era, tells TODAY.com.

After a hiatus of more than two decades, the disco legend graced the Met steps once more for fashion’s biggest night of the year.
