The Golden State Warriors' offseason saga with Jonathan Kuminga got a recent update as Summer League is on the horizon.

The partnership between the Golden State Warriors and former lottery pick Jonathan Kuminga has never felt particularly comfortable for either side.

Kuminga sounds like he’s ready to leave the Warriors, but there have been a litany of complications to get him to a new NBA team. While he could just sign an offer sheet with a team, the Warriors have the ability to match the contract and retain him, so signing the offer sheet likely would keep him in Golden State.
