Attorneys representing some of the student-athletes filed a motion on Tuesday requesting the court to expedite the collection of evidence in the case.

The U.S. Justice Department has told victims that thousands of intimate photographs were seized from Matt Weiss' electronic devices, and many showed victims who were naked. Some revealed sex acts.

Investigators say Weiss got access to the social media, email and cloud accounts of over 2,000 athletes, and more than 1,300 students or alumni from schools across the U.S., for private images.
