There are now 108 confirmed cases of the potentially deadly form of pneumonia in Harlem since late July, NYC officials said.

A fifth person has died from Legionnaires’ disease as the city’s health department tries to contain the virus in Central Harlem.

As of Monday, the number of confirmed cases rose to 108 from the previously reported 99, and 14 people are currently hospitalized with the disease.
