The Las Vegas Raiders may have lost to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2 of the preseason, but they undoubtedly put the rest of the league on notice that they are an improved team. The strides the Raiders made this offseason were more than evident against the 49ers.

Second-year starting right guard Dominick Puni, one of the bright spots of an otherwise grim 2024 season for the 49ers, is expected to miss multiple weeks with a suspected PCL injury. It appears the injury occurred after he was rolled up on during Jake Moody’s first quarter field goal attempt.
