Currier has led Fairfield to six conference championships in the last 10 seasons.

William F. “Bill” Currier, age 81, and a longtime resident of Amherst, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his residence. Bill was born January 22, 1937, in Augusta, Maine, to the late Linwood F.

Bill Currier will again be back on the baseball diamond where he belongs. Currier was hired this week as associated head coach of the baseball program at Fairfield University, in Fairfield, Conn.
