For the first time in 27 years, the New York Knicks are going to the Jalen Brunson and Co. extended their playoff winning streak to 11 games on Monday, completing a four-game sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the Eastern Conference Finals.

New York will play the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder or San Antonio Spurs in the finals. The Western Conference finals is tied at two games apiece with Game 5 to be played on Tuesday.
