Sony president says that the PlayStation division needs to have more checks and gates to make sure another situation like Concord doesn't happen again

There have been two massive questions hanging over Concord, the expensive PlayStation 5 hero shooter that almost nobody played. The first one is: how did a game that wasn’t busted or terrible bomb so spectacularly?

Sony is learning from the failure of Concord by implementing more gates in the development process. Sony intends to combine single-player games with live-service games in order to optimize their title portfolio.
