You can view a Text file in Command Prompt or PowerShell in Windows 11/10. You can view the entire content of TXT, a specific line, etc.

Google's file manager for Android is getting a power-user feature with built-in support for displaying basic text files.

For those unaware, if you tap on a basic text file from within Files by Google, the app only highlights the file's full name, download location, and the last time it was modified.
