Unrivaled, the offseason 3-on-3 basketball league featuring WNBA players, enters Week 5 of the 2026 season. Here's this weekend's Unrivaled schedule.
The WNBA will begin its season on May 8, assuming the league and the players' union can come to an agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement.
On Jan. 23, voting will open for coaches, players, media members and fans to rank players 1 through 8 in four separate pods. The No. 1 seed in each pod will get a bye in the first round, which will be played Feb. 11. The second round and quarterfinals are on Feb. 13, and the semifinals and finals will take place Feb. 14.
The WNBA still does not have a CBA, but it does have a 2026 schedule. On Wednesday, the league announced the full schedule for its historic 30th season, which will run from May 8 through Sept. 24. The 2026 playoffs will begin on Sept. 27. There will be a two-week break in early September to accommodate the FIBA Women's World Cup.
