Sunday's game will be played in front of Little League World Series players at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field

The eyes of the baseball world will be on Williamsport, Pennsylvania Sunday, not only because the best from the world of Little League will take the diamond in Lamade and Veteran's Stadiums, but because MLB presents its annual Little League Classic in prime time.

During the Little League World Series, one youngster didn't think too much of New York Mets catcher Juan Soto.

MLB recently held its annual Little League Classic as the Juan Soto's Mets hosted the Cal Raleigh's Mariners for the marquee event at Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Mason Mitani, Crawford and Logan Brokaw combined to allow just a single run, five hits and three walks while striking out seven. Hawai'i didn't rely on anyone to pitch too many innings, which means some of the arms should be fresher as the tournament progresses.

The New York Mets and Seattle Mariners put on a show Sunday night at the Little League Classic. Young ballplayers competing for youth baseball's ultimate prize got a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see their favorite MLB stars up close and a tremendous amount of fun was had per usual.

The Mets were greeted at the airport in Williamsport on Sunday by plenty of enthusiastic young fans and connected with teams from all over the world.
