If you're experiencing Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service high CPU usage when you run a game or app, here are suggestions to mitigate the issue.
First, open the Task Manager using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Now, from the Processes tab, select the Service Host: Windows Event Log task. Next, press the End task button to close the task.
