The Los Angeles Rams have finalized their coaching staff for the 2025 season, just in time for the start of the NFL Scouting Combine. They announced on Monday that they’ve hired six new coaches to Sean McVay’s staff and given one returning coach a promotion.

On Tuesday, Mike Vrabel didn’t want to make that comparison but discussed the importance of the man he calls “Stretch” and what it means prying him away from Sean McVay in Los Angeles and having him in New England.
