Hamas has accused Israel of overly restricting humanitarian aid deliveries to the Gaza Strip during the ongoing ceasefire — such as tents, fuel and equipment to clear debris. There was no immediate response from Israel on Hamas’ allegation Friday that it had broken the terms of the truce deal.

CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay spoke with the brother and sister of Keith Siegal, an American-Israeli who had been held captive by Hamas until his release a few days ago.

Keith spent a staggering six months of his captivity alone cumulatively, his brother said, adding that the last two months of his captivity were spent entirely alone.
