A former member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has this week revealed his take that current Blaugrana sensation Lamine Yamal would likely not have been a starter during his own

The morning after the game, Lamine Yamal did not train with the rest of the group, instead remaining inside while the match squad went through their regular pre-match session. As well as this, various reports have also suggested that the player is being eyed by some of Europe’s top clubs (including Liverpool) and Manchester United.

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick is optimistic Lamine Yamal will be fit to face Atlético Madrid in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal at the Olympic Stadium on Tuesday.
