College football personality Paul Finebaum didn't mince any words following the NCAA's release of Michigan's punishment for sign stealing scandal

Finebaum’s harshest assessment centered on Harbaugh himself, calling the coach “a total fraud in everything he said,” going on to accuse him of portraying himself as a man of integrity while knowingly benefiting from controversial strategies.

Paul Finebaum is ready to leave the country if a Big Ten team wins the national championship, but he expects an SEC team will win it all.

Finebaum’s comments come shortly after Tuesday’s first College Football Playoff rankings release, which has Michigan at No. 3 behind No. 2 Georgia and No. 1 Ohio State.

It’s exciting news, as Rivals Industry Rankings place Hiter as a five-star recruit, the No. 1 running back, the No. 1 player in Virginia and the No. 8 player in the nation. Last season for Louisa County High School, he racked up 1,698 rushing yards and 26 touchdowns.
