Dominion Energy is looking to raise to cost of its customers’ energy bills as part of its biennial review with the State Corporation Commission.

As of 7 p.m. Old S. High Street is now open. City spokesperson Michael Parks also confirmed that the structure has been deemed safe by building officials for occupancy.
