Trump's "Make America Great Again Victory Rally" marks his first major speech in Washington since he urged his supporters to march on the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, in protest against his defeat.

Even before Trump got to town, groups of protesters began taking to the street in the morning as a light sleet fell.

The march took place ahead of Trump's arrival to the nation's capital as he prepares to be sworn in on Monday.
