Wisconsin struggled with that execution over the final three minutes. The team failed to score a single point, turned the ball over five times and didn't even attempt a free throw. Oregon capitalized on that poor play with an extended 16-2 run to tie the game.

Veteran guard Max Klesmit, who went 3-of-9 from the field on Saturday, ended up taking the final shot of regulation -- a step-back, mid-range jumper. His attempt hit the front rim. The Badgers would go on to lose in overtime.

Former Wisconsin great Frank Kaminsky is giving the Badgers basketball coach a big endorsement. Kaminsky said after Wisconsin defeated Purdue that Gard should be the front-runner for national coach of the year.
