The Indianapolis Colts are signing veteran cornerback and former Miami Dolphins star Xavien Howard, his agent, David Canter of Aura Sports Group, announced Monday. Howard, a two-time All-Pro, will join the Colts on a one-year deal worth up to $5 million, a league source confirmed to The Athletic.
The Colts also announced the signings of linebackers Jake Chaney and Joseph Vaughn while moving tackle Blake Freeland and linebacker Jacob Phillips on IR alongside Wohler. Both players will be out for the remainder of the season.
