The Democratic governors of Rhode Island and Connecticut, members of Congress and union workers are calling on the Trump administration to allow a major offshore wind project to move forward.

Danish wind farm developer, Orsted, said the Revolution Wind project is about 80 percent complete, with 45 of its 65 turbines already installed.
