State health officials in Texas have declared the state's measles outbreak over. The virus sickened 762 people since late January.
Texans will be issued a new state driver's license and identification card with increased security features, according to a Monday announcement by the Department of Public Safety. "The way driver licenses are made can make a big difference in terms of public safety," said Sheri Gipson, driver license division chief at DPS, in the news release.
