Disney’s extraordinarily expensive Star Wars hotel isn’t coming back. The building that housed the Galactic Starcruiser is being converted into office space, scuppering hopes that it could be reborn or repurposed into a new interactive attraction.

According to a new story from The Wrap, the Galactic Starcruiser won’t be transformed into an expansion for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, or any other guest-facing operation. Instead, the plan is to make the building offices for Walt Disney Imagineering, the arm of the Walt Disney Company tasked with creating its theme park experiences.

Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World will be transformed into office space for Imagineers, a Disney World spokesperson confirmed Thursday. No further details were provided. The Walt Disney Imagineering move was first reported by The Wrap.
