Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. officially has just one more season under contract with the team after failing to agree to an extension before his personal Feb. 17 deadline. That now puts him in a position to become one of the most sought-after free agents when the 2025 offseason rolls around,

"If I go to free agency, every team -- all 30 teams -- are going to have the opportunity to sit down with [me], to talk to me," Guerrero told the New York Post through an interpreter. "I'm OK with everything. It's in the past."
