Fairfield National defeated South Dakota 13-1 to get within one game​ of playing for the U.S. championship in Williamsport.

Honolulu’s bats came alive Sunday and the team will play on at the Little League Majors (ages 9-12) World Series in Williamsport, Pa. Bronson Fermahin batted 3-for-3 with a three-run homer in a five-run first inning and three pitchers combined on a five-hitter as Honolulu beat Illinois 9-1 in an elimination game.
