I ran a 5-miler yesterday and I am not a fast runner. For me, it isn’t uncommon for many runners to pass me while I go. I don’t start way up front, but I usually find myself in the middle/ back half of the pack at the starting line. So what does it do to my brain when I see all these runners passing me?
