CELERIAC “STEAKS” 🌱 by fitgreenmind RECIPE (3-4 servings, 25min prep time): -1 big or 2 small celeriac Peel it and cut into slices. Fry in a big pan in some oil on each side. -1 cup (250ml) water -1 Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tbsp vegan butter -1 Tsp paprika -salt and pepper to taste -1 Tsp thyme -3 smashed garlic cloves Add it to the pan and let it simmer for 10 mins with the lid on. Take off the lid and cook for 3-5mins. Then fry each steak in a separate pan and brush with the leftover sauce. - #quick
