Interesting NTSB report from an accident with a Jetblue A320 which suffered a tailstrike on takeoff from Hayden-Yampa Valley Airport (HDN), Colorado, USA, resulting in substantial damage to the airplane. There is no ATC control tower at the airport and the A320 Captain had tried to avoid a head on collision with another aircraft which was landing from the opposing direction on the same runway.
