How to Smoke Oysters: Best smoked oysters I’ve ever eaten. Smoking oysters could not be easier! I’m also smoking a little venison along with the oysters. I have the smoker set to 350 degrees F. Although you could bake the oysters in the oven, smoking them will give you more flavor. After shucking, I used a little lemon 🍋 juice, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a pat of butter on each oyster and put them in the smoker for about 5 minutes. The BEST oysters I’ve ever eaten! #whatgetsyououtdoors
