Fire officials said they evacuated 23 people from the 400 block of West 23rd Street while battling the multi-alarm warehouse blaze in the Remington neighborhood. No civilian or firefighter injuries were reported. Baltimore Fire Chief James Wallace said "all civilians are in good shape," adding that city firefighters "100% saved the houses back here on 23rd Street."
