Here’s 3 ways to cook walleye! My favorite way from this batch was the breaded & baked walleye. I normally really enjoy “poor man’s lobster” which is the boiled/steamed fish and then dunked in butter. It really does taste similar to crab and lobster! The pan seared fish was also very good although it fell apart a bit in the pan. Overall walleye is one of my favorite fish to eat. I would highly recommend breading & baking it and then drizzle some butter on top after it comes out of the oven! • •
