On 16 March 2003 Miep Gies is back in the kitchen of the Secret Annex, where she often used to try out the products of Otto Frank's company Opekta. It will be her last visit to the museum. This is a video clip of a demonstration film from 1937 where Miep Gies shows how to make jam using Opekta. Opekta is produced by Otto Franks company. Miep worked there as a secretary. Miep Gies was one of the helpers of the people hiding in the Secret Annex. After the arrest, she kept Anne's writings in a drawer of her desk.
