I love to help my FTM mamas move around and try creative positions to get the baby down and out. That path has to be paved, so to speak. Tug of War is my fave go-to!! With tug of war, there is no holding the breath or pushing. It is simply tugging the “rope,” but the muscles you need to use are fully engaged without much thought.
