We’ve made plenty of pens out of recycled plastic, but when we saw this churro maker, we knew we had to try it out to make pen blanks. And it turned out surprisingly well! We had to reinforce it in certain areas after a few goes as it cracked in a couple of places, but all in all it was fast and easy method of making pen blanks. It’s probably not quite as good as our usual method of heating the plastic in a panini press and then pressing it in a wooden mould, but it’s definitely worth a shot as
