Welcome to freedom, Kevin (A1947653), from the Orange County (Tustin) Animal Shelter. Kevin was saved twice by the shelter, first when taken in as a stray and second when he collapsed during the intake process and had to be put on oxygen. Thank you for looking out for our Bulldogs! Kevin is about 7 years old, and "no surprise" - his owners didn't come looking for him or so much as send an email to inquire about him.
