200 dogs. 190 cats. 8 days.😭 That’s been our 2026 so far. Staff and volunteers are feeling it, with every cage full😞. We finished 2025 having taken in 20,057 animals, with 87 percent of them adopted, reunited with their owners or transferred to rescue, which was only possible because of our community’s support👏. So while we are drowning in animals again, thanks to some amazing supporters, it's easy to help us avoid euthanasia of treatable and adoptable dogs by finding more animals placement!
